How to Give Access to a Meta Pixel 

If you work with a marketing agency, the recommended way to provide Meta Pixel access is through Meta Business Manager using the Assign Partners option. This allows agencies to manage tracking, conversions, and advertising data securely without requiring personal account access.

Steps​

  • Log in to Meta Business Manager

  • Go to Settings

  • Under Data sources - Click on Datasets & Pixels

  • Select your Pixel or Dataset

  • Click Assign Partners

  • Choose Business ID

  • Enter this Business Portfolio ID: 1155563844838878

  • Enable the following permissions:

    • Manage Pixel

    • Create ads using this Pixel

    • View Pixel performance

  • Click Assign

 

These permissions allow the agency to configure tracking, optimise campaigns, create conversion audiences, and monitor advertising performance while your business retains ownership of the dataset.
