How to Give Access to Google My Business
If you work with a marketing agency, you can provide access to your Google Business Profile without sharing your Google login credentials. This allows agencies to manage your business information, respond to reviews, publish updates, and optimize your local visibility while you remain the owner of the profile.
Steps

Log in to Google My Business Profile

Select the correct business profile.

Click Business Profile Settings.

Click People and access.

Click Add.

Enter the email address: avocadotsmarketing@gmail.com

Select the access level: Manager.

Click Invite.
These permissions allow agencies to update business information, publish posts, respond to reviews, upload photos, monitor performance, and improve your Google Business Profile while your business retains full ownership of the account.
