Junior Content & Digital Marketing Coordinator
The Junior Content & Digital Marketing Coordinator supports the execution of all client marketing activities under the guidance of the Digital Marketing Lead.
This role focuses on content execution, coordination, and consistency — ensuring that all campaigns, posts, and deliverables are implemented accurately and on time.
You will work closely with the Multimedia Designer and internal team to turn marketing plans into live, high-quality content.

1. Content Planning & Coordination
Content Calendars:

Support the creation and management of monthly content calendars, including content ideas, captions, and post structureOrganize posts based on strategy, campaigns, and priorities

Ensure all deadlines and deliverables are tracked and met
Coordination:

Work closely with Digital Marketing Lead to align on weekly priorities

Prepare clear content directions and briefs for the Multimedia Designer

Ensure smooth handoff between planning → design → publishing
2. Content Execution
Social Media Management:

Schedule and publish content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)

Write captions based on provided direction, campaign objectives and tone of voice per client

Apply hashtags, tagging, and formatting best practices

Assist in creating short-form content (Reels, TikToks), including filming, basic editing
Content Quality Control:

Review content before publishing (accuracy, branding, consistency)

Ensure all posts align with client guidelines and campaign goals
3. Campaign Support

Assist in setting up and launching campaigns (Meta, TikTok, etc.)

Prepare assets and copy for campaigns

Assist with ongoing campaign adjustments based on direction
4. Analytics & Reporting Support
Performance Tracking:

Monitor basic performance metrics (engagement, reach, clicks)

Assist in collecting and organizing campaign data
Reporting:

Support the creation of monthly reports

Identify simple trends and key observations from performance data
5. Client & Internal Communication Support

Prepare content for client approval and ensure feedback is implemented correctly

Ensure client requests are tracked and executed

Maintain clear communication within the team regarding progress and deadlines
6. Tools & Process Execution

Use tools such as Meta Business Suite, scheduling platforms, and internal systems

Maintain organized workflows for content, deadlines, and approvals
-
Follow processes to ensure consistent and reliable delivery

Students or recent graduates in Marketing, Business, or Communications

Entry-level candidates looking to gain real agency experience

Individuals with a basic understanding of social media platforms
Experience is a plus, not a requirement.
