Mobhaus – Wix Website Design Case Study – Cyprus

Mobhaus Design Store is a designer furniture business operating in Nicosia, representing premium European brands for homes, hotels, and offices. The project focused on structuring the store's collections and brand partnerships into a digital showroom. The website was designed on Wix. This case study covers the collection architecture, brand presentation, page design, and appointment and inquiry conversion implementation.

Objective

A design store representing brands like Muuto, MDF Italia, and Gandia Blasco had no digital structure matching the calibre of its physical showroom. Collections were not browsable by category, brand partnerships were not visible, and there was no path from online discovery to a showroom visit. The objective was a digital showroom structured by collection, brand credibility made explicit, and appointment and inquiry routes converting online interest into showroom consultations.

Strategic Approach

The catalogue was structured into five collection categories — indoor furniture, outdoor furniture, kitchen/wardrobes/doors, lighting, and accessories — matching how clients and interior professionals actually shop for design pieces, and giving each category its own browsable, indexable page.

In designer furniture, the represented brands are the trust signal. The store's European partnerships — Muuto, MDF Italia, Zampieri, Gandia Blasco, Davide Groppi, and others — were presented prominently, letting recognised names carry the quality argument before a single product is viewed.

For high-consideration design purchases, the conversion event is the showroom consultation. The structure invites visitors to book an appointment and explore collections in person, with contact and newsletter capture keeping interested visitors in the store's orbit between visits.

A dedicated philosophy section positions Mobhaus as a design destination for homes, hotels, and offices rather than a furniture shop — framing the curated, multi-brand model that differentiates the store in the Cyprus market.

Design inspiration is consumed on mobile, often from social media. Collection browsing and the appointment path were kept fast and visual on small screens, preserving the showroom-quality impression where most discovery happens.

Key Implementation Highlights

  • Five-category collection architecture from indoor to accessories

  • European brand partnerships presented as primary trust content

  • Appointment-driven path from online discovery to showroom visit

  • Philosophy section positioning the store as a design destination

  • Structure serving homes, hotels, and office clients

  • Newsletter capture retaining interested visitors between purchases

  • On-page SEO structure for designer furniture searches in Cyprus

  • Mobile-first visual browsing for social-driven discovery

  • The store's curation became browsable: five collection categories let clients and interior professionals explore the range the way they shop, from indoor furniture to lighting.

Brand credibility moved to the front of the experience — recognised European names now carry the quality argument at first contact.

Online discovery connects to the showroom: appointment and inquiry routes convert digital interest into the in-person consultations where design purchases actually close.

The positioning is structural: philosophy, curation, and multi-context focus (homes, hotels, offices) present Mobhaus as a design destination rather than a furniture shop.

Key Takeaway

For premium physical retail, the website's job is not to replace the showroom but to fill it — collection structure creates the desire, and the appointment path converts it into a visit.
